Wear your Vorniyx™ shoes for up to 60 days. Not completely happy? Send them back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

60-day money-back window

You can return your shoes within 60 days of delivery. Contact our support team first and we'll send you the right return instructions and address.

30-day size swaps

Wrong size is the most common reason for a return, so within 30 days we'll swap a pair for the size you actually need. The shoes should be unworn outdoors and returned in the original packaging.

How to start a return

• Email support@vorniyx.com with your order number and the reason.
• You'll receive the return instructions and return address from us.
• After we receive and inspect the pair, we refund via the original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

Report shipping damage or a wrong item as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the shoes. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs

For a return without a defect, return shipping may be at your cost. For damage, a defect or a wrong delivery, Vorniyx covers the return shipment.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Our 60-day window is our own promise on top of those rights.
